Josh “Hoss” Warr-Morgan - Lawton
“HOSS”, as he’s known around the halls of Lawton High School, is the son of Sandy Warr and Michael Morgan. Josh is driven by two aspects in his life, sports and music.
In the fall, Warr-Morgan has played three years of Varsity football for the Blue Devils. With a nickname like “Hoss”, you would expect that he plays in the trenches, and he does. Hoss has been a three year starter at center for the Blue Devils on offense and on defense, at the end position.
During the winter season, Warr-Morgan is the start- ing center for Lawton. At just 6’ tall and going up against much taller opponents, Warr-Morgan is averaging 11 points per game. Additionally, Warr-Morgan has to guard players that are five to ten inches taller. To Josh's credit, he has only fouled out once this season.
Warr-Morgan's biggest motivation is his music. Not only does he love music, but he wants to attend Los Angles Recording School to become a producer. Josh writes his own music and would like to be able to perform and record his own music.
If Josh faces the challenges in the music industry like he does on the athletic field, there won’t be anything that he can’t achieve!
